Yes - 100% free! No catch, no membership required. Our expos are free to attend as a visitor because we want the right people in the room - directors, managers, founders and professionals who are genuinely there to learn, discover and find better solutions. Simply pre-register online and your spot is confirmed.
We strongly recommend registering online in advance — it's free and takes about 30 seconds. It means we can send you event reminders, seminar schedules and any venue updates before the day. If you haven't registered, you can still turn up on the day and our team will get you signed in at the door, though you may need to allow 5–10 minutes at the registration desk.
Our expos are built for B2B professionals who want to grow — business owners, directors, founders, marketing leads, operations managers, and anyone responsible for making decisions in their organisation. If you're looking for ideas, strategies, suppliers and expert knowledge you can actually use, you'll be in good company. We also welcome employees attending on behalf of their employer — whether that's a marketing manager, operations lead or chief of staff.
Not strictly. While our events are focused on the B2B world, many attendees run businesses that serve both businesses and consumers. What matters more is your mindset — if you're coming to learn, discover better ways to run your business and connect with quality suppliers, you'll get a huge amount from the day.
Each expo runs for approximately four hours — typically from mid-morning to early afternoon. You don't have to stay for the whole event, but we'd encourage you to plan your morning around it. The seminar sessions are scheduled throughout the day, so arriving early means you won't miss the ones most relevant to you. Check your specific event page for exact timings.
Each expo has four main areas: the expo floor, with vetted exhibitors across every area of business; seminar sessions, with expert-led talks on sales, marketing, growth, AI, operations and more; the Meet the Experts zone, where you can sit down with specialists and get answers to your specific challenges; and networking zones, relaxed spaces where you can connect with fellow attendees naturally over coffee. You'll get an event guide too on arrival so you can plan your time.
The seminars are free to attend and run throughout the morning across multiple sessions. Each one is delivered by a practitioner or specialist — not a motivational speaker — covering topics like lead generation, digital marketing, AI adoption, financial strategy, LinkedIn and more. You don't have to attend, but honestly, they're one of the best parts of the day. We'd recommend checking the seminar schedule for your event before you arrive and planning which sessions you want to catch.
Meet the Experts gives you direct access to specialists across areas like employment law, financial planning, digital marketing and business strategy — available throughout the event for one-to-one conversations. Bring your most pressing business challenge and get a straight, honest answer from someone who knows their subject. There's no sales pitch and no obligation — think of it as a free advisory session with a panel of experts.
No — we've made a deliberate decision to move away from speed networking. We've replaced those sessions with additional seminars and expert content, because that's where our attendees consistently tell us the real value is. Networking still happens — naturally, in our dedicated networking zones over coffee — but we've stopped forcing it. Better conversations happen when they're not on a timer.
Typically exhibitors cover the full range of B2B services — from accountancy, HR and legal to marketing, tech, logistics and finance. Exhibitors are businesses that want to meet decision-makers like you, showcase their products and services, and answer your questions directly. Come with a challenge in mind and you'll almost certainly find someone on the floor who can help with it.
Yes — each expo works with the host venue to provide a pop-up networking café throughout the event where you can buy light refreshments, coffee and drinks. It's also a great spot to sit, take stock of the morning, and strike up conversations with other attendees. Card payments only.
The most important thing to bring is a curious, open mindset — but practically speaking: a notepad and pen (you'll want to take notes from the seminars), your phone or laptop is also acceptable. You'll receive a name badge, lanyard and event guide on arrival. If you have business cards, bring a few — but the focus is on learning and discovering, not promoting your services to those exhibiting.
Smart-casual is the norm. You'll be representing your business and meeting other professionals, so dress as you would for a client meeting — but there's no strict requirement. Come as you feel confident.
The majority of our host venues have ample of free parking, however some of our locations have either limited parking or pay-and-display parking. Please check on our event pages for parking details as it does vary.
On arrival you'll receive a personalised name badge and lanyard, a printed event guide with access to a digital floorplan, and the day's seminar schedule. This gives you everything you need to plan your time and make the most of the day.
No — you can arrive when you like and leave when you're done. That said, we'd recommend planning to stay for at least two to three hours to get real value from both the expo floor and the seminar sessions. Check the seminar schedule before you arrive so you can make sure you're there for the sessions most relevant to you.
Come with a few challenges or priorities in mind before you arrive. Think about the areas of your business where you're currently stuck, looking to improve, or actively shopping for better solutions. Use the event guide to scan for exhibitors relevant to those challenges, and approach those conversations with questions rather than a pitch. The more curious you are, the more you'll get out of it. Remember, do not attempt to sell or promote your own business to exhibitors as this is strictly prohibited and not tollerated.
Our expos aren't designed for that, and if that's your primary goal you'll likely leave disappointed. Exhibitors pay to be at our events — they're there to meet buyers and decision-makers, not to be sold to by visitors. The value of attending as a visitor is in what you discover and learn, not what you promote. If you want to showcase your business, exhibiting is the right route — and we'd love to talk to you about that instead.
The best networking at our events happens without trying. Grab a coffee, settle into the networking zone, and let conversations come to you. Ask people what brought them to the event, what sessions they found most useful, what challenges they're working through. You're surrounded by people with similar ambitions — the common ground is already there. We've deliberately stepped back from structured formats so conversations can develop more naturally.
Each event's seminar schedule is published in advance on the event page — check it before you arrive and identify two or three sessions that are most relevant to where your business is right now. Every speaker is selected for practical, actionable content rather than broad inspiration, so even sessions slightly outside your immediate focus tend to offer something useful. When you arrive, the event guide will have the full schedule with room locations.
Absolutely — that's what exhibiting is for. Book a stand and you'll have your own dedicated space on the expo floor to showcase your products and services, meet attendees and have meaningful conversations with the decision-makers in the room. Get in touch with the team or visit our exhibiting page for full packages and pricing.
Yes — we welcome applications from specialists who have something genuinely useful to share with our audience. Seminar slots are a great way to demonstrate your expertise to a room full of business decision-makers. Apply online and our team will be in touch.
