Join hundreds of local businesses at the Southampton Business Expo which is taking place on Thursday 27th November 2025 at Hilton Hotel (Utilita Bowl).
Enjoy the opportunity to openly network with over 300+ attendees from across Hampshire at Southampton's largest business show, whilst exploring the exhibition packed with a variety of local exhibitors showcasing their services and promoting their latest products.
As well as a busy exhibition, there will also be free seminars and workshops from Hampshire's leading keynote and business speakers as well as a speed networking session.

This event will be taking place at the Hilton Hotel located at the Utilita Bowl.
Please park at the hotel or car park 1 and 2 at the Utilita Bowl Stadium as an overflow.
As you reach the mini roundabout, either turn left to Hilton Southampton hotel car park, or turn right for the Stadium/Overflow parking.
Please make sure to scan the QR code on arrival to receive complimentary parking.
Hilton Hotel is located at the Utilita Bowl and is easily accessible by car and public transport including buses. The venue is located just off the M27 on Botley Road. When you arrive at the Utilita Bowl complex, please turn left at the roundabout and head for the car park opposite the hotel entrance.

Absolutely! All our business expos are FREE to attend as a visitor. You only pay if you want to book a stand, advertise in our show guides or business directories or sponsor one of our events. You also don't need to be a member to attend. Simply pre-register online for the events you want to attend.
You do not need to register for any of the seminars, keynote speakers or speed networking sessions. All our events run on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before each advertised session to secure a seat.
When you first arrive at the event head to the registration area where you'll be able to meet our team who will swiftly sign you into the event and provide you with your printed name badge. You'll also receive a show guide and goodie bag. You'll then be shown the exhibition hall and seminar room, so you know where everything is located.
Firstly, we recommend you bring plenty of business cards with you to the expo. Never underestimate how many people attend these events and how many business cards you may want to hand out to new connections. We also recommend that you a pen and note pad to write down ideas that you have when at the event or attending any of the seminars.
Yes, you will be able to buy food and drink at the event. At each expo we team up with our hosting venue to organise a pop-up networking cafe where you can buy light refreshments and drinks throughout the event. Please make sure you bring either cash or a debit/credit card with you.
If you didnβt have the opportunity to register in advance, don't worry. You can still come to the exhibition for FREE. Simply turn up on the day of the event and our events team will register you when you arrive at the registration area by the main entrance, so please allow between 5-10 minutes to register on the day of the event.
