Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to exhibit?

Stands are available from as little as £295 plus VAT. The cost includes the stand space, a 4ft or 6ft trestle table, chairs and a black or white tablecloth. It also includes promotion in the printed show guide and on our website and social channels.

Do you offer any discounts?

Sometimes discounts are available through our local ambassadors and event partners. Alternatively you can save up to 20% on stand packages when you purchase on of our annual membership bundles.

How do I book a stand?

Once you've chosen which events you'd like to exhibit at and the stand package you'd like to book, simply email our events team or complete the online booking forms. We'll then send you booking confirmation, event details and your invoice. As soon as payment has been received you'll then start benefiting from the online and social media promotion ahead of the event.

Will my business benefit from exhibiting?

Yes, absolutely! If your business is B2B (which means your customers are other businesses) then you'll most certainly benefit from exhibiting with us. If you're unsure, feel free to request a callback or email our events team who will be able to let you know if exhibiting would work for you.

Can I share my stand with another business?

In most cases this should be fine, but you should check with the event organiser in advance. This is to make sure the business you plan to share your stand with isn't then located next to another exhibitor who offers the same services.

Do I need to have an established business to exhibit?

No, most businesses are either established or start-ups.

Can I still exhibit at the event if I'm not a B2B company?

Absolutely! Many of our exhibitors are B2B companies (as they are in the marketplace to promote their services to other businesses) but everyone is still human at the end of the day.

How many people attend each event?

Each event is attended by at least 300 professionals and local businesses. This doesn't include any people exhibiting at the event. Our events are often the largest networking events in the locations we run our events in, so if you're looking to reach business people locally, don't miss out.

Do I have to go to the seminars or speed networking sessions?

Nope, the choice is yours. You can either stay on your stand all day networking and speaking to visitors, or you can take a break to learn from the speakers we invite to talk at the event or join in with the fun speed networking sessions. Just remember to bring at least 1 other person to help you man the stand.

Do you offer any help and support for businesses exhibiting?

Really? Of course we do! In fact, it's what we do best. Whether you're a seasoned exhibitor or if you've never exhibited before, we can help you from enquiry to the event day (and even beyond). If you'd like help, simply let us know and we'll send you all our available resources, courses and online guides. We also run online exhibitor masterclasses and offer free 15-minute discovery calls.

What's included in the stand packages?

No, absolutely not. This is a strict rule that we regularly enforce. Exhibitors have paid money to promote their businesses at the event, so it's unfair for visitors who can get into the event for free to attempt to sell to exhibitors. Any visitors found selling to exhibitors may be asked to leave.

What promotion do you do for me as an exhibitor?

As an exhibitor you'll get promotion in the printed and digital show guides and a feature on our website. We'll also promote and mention you across our social media channels. All this is in addition to the promotion you'll get at the event as an exhibitor.

Can I cancel my stand booking?

Yes, however you may need to pay an admin fee depending on when you plan to cancel. Please check our current terms and conditions or speak to one of our team.

What do you recommend I bring with me as an exhibitor?

All our stands are space only, apart from the furniture we include as part of your package. Many exhibitors bring with them roller banners or a pop-up banner (depending on the size of their stand). You should also bring plenty of literature, leaflets, business cards and any printed merchandise you have to help promote your business. Will there be food and drink to buy at the event?

Yes, you will be able to buy food and drink at the event, but as an exhibitor you'll get 2 free tea and coffee vouchers . At each expo we team up with our hosting venue to organise a pop-up networking cafe where you can buy light refreshments and drinks throughout the event. Please make sure you bring either cash or a debit/credit card with you.

Can I attend one of the events first before I book a stand?

That's a sensible thing to do. Simply register for free tickets online and when you're at the event let our team know you're interested in exhibiting for more information.
