Absolutely! All our business expos are FREE to attend as a visitor. You only pay if you want to book a stand, advertise in our show guides or business directories or sponsor one of our events. You also don't need to be a member to attend. Simply pre-register online for the events you want to attend.
Yes, we recommend you pre-register for the events you want to attend. This helps us to monitor attendance and keeps you informed with any updates to the event. We often send SMS or email notifications and event reminders to you as well.
Firstly, we recommend you bring plenty of business cards with you to the expo. Never underestimate how many people attend these events and how many business cards you may want to hand out to new connections. We also recommend that you a pen and note pad to write down ideas that you have when at the event or attending any of the seminars.
Yes, as long as they have a business, work for a business or are thinking of starting a business. Unfortunately we're unable to accept school children/college students to our events.
Yes, the more the merrier! We recommend you invite as many people to attend the event with you as you can, especially if they will benefit from the networking opportunities, speakers and seminars.
No you don't need to have an existing business, as long as you're thinking of starting a business. You can also attend as an employee (e.g. marketing manager, business development manager or sales manager). Our events often attract business owners, directors, key decision makers, buyers and staff.
Absolutely! Many of our exhibitors are B2B companies (as they are in the marketplace to promote their services to other businesses) but visitors are usually a mixture of B2B and B2C companies.
The events are often open for 4 to 5 hours (depending on the size of the event), but you can stay for as long as you like. Unlike a conference, you can turn up when you want and go when you're done.
Nope, the choice is yours. When you attend you'll get access to the exhibition halls, seminar rooms, keynote theatres and networking zones. But it's completely up to you what you do when you get there. On arrival we'll provide you with an event guide and floorplan so you can explore the event at your own pace.
Make your visit to the event a success by walking around the exhibition hall, visiting the connections wall and perhaps paying a visit to the networking café. A lot of visitors have the chance to network with other visitors simply by buying a coffee or by starting conversations with other delegates in the networking zones. Remember, selling to exhibitors is not permitted.
No, absolutely not. This is a strict rule that we regularly enforce. Exhibitors have paid money to promote their businesses at the event, so it's unfair for visitors who can get into the event for free to attempt to sell to exhibitors. Any visitors found selling to exhibitors may be asked to leave.
If you're looking to promote your business at the event you can either book a stand from as little as £295 plus VAT or you can advertise in the printed and digital show guides. For more information on our marketing opportunities please call us on 0845 139 9301 or email [email protected]
Everyone attending the expo will receive a personalised name badge and lanyard, a printed show guide and occasionally a goodie bag packed with local information, printed merchandise and special offers.
Yes, the dress code is smart-casual. Of course, you can wear what you like, but remember that if you're in business that you'll be representing your business and first impressions always count.
Yes, you will be able to buy food and drink at the event. At each expo we team up with our hosting venue to organise a pop-up networking cafe where you can buy light refreshments and drinks throughout the event. Please make sure you bring either cash or a debit/credit card with you.
If you didn’t have the opportunity to register in advance, don't worry. You can still come to the exhibition for FREE. Simply turn up on the day of the event and our events team will register you when you arrive at the registration area by the main entrance, so please allow between 5-10 minutes to register on the day of the event.
