After 20 years within HR and Talent Acquisition roles I left the corporate world and founded My Talent Partner, an independent Recruitment Consultancy and Talent Partner.

As a Chartered CIPD qualified people professional, my journey in the industry has been diverse and rewarding. Beginning in agencies laid the groundwork for recruiting, eventually leading within the largest Recruitment Process Outsourcing Project in Europe. Transitioning to in-house roles allowed progression in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition positions across various sectors, notably Retail and FMCG.

I've had the privilege of leading Talent Acquisition teams and strategies for globally recognised brands and retailers including Mars, NIVEA and The Co-Op. I have loved every step in my career and the companies that have nurtured my development. From the very beginning, my passions remain unchanged, people and partnerships.
