In this talk I will share the power in vulnerability, authenticity and how your quirks (and even your failures) can help you make more money and accelerate your success.

Speaker Bio

Holly Matthews is no-nonsense self development coach,founder of The Happy Me Project and award winning author.

She is also a TV actress (Waterloo Road, Byker Grove,Casualty) and widowed Mum of two daughters.

Her Ted Talk has been watched by nearly half a million people and her book (The Happy Me Project) has been endorsed by famous faces such as Lorraine, Becky Hill and Giovanna Fletcher and translated into German,Hungarian and won Health and Wellbeing magazines wellbeing book of 2022.

Holly runs in person events, an online membership, does 1:1 coaching and is passionate about helping people feel ‘more happy and less crappy’.
