He helps his clients identify what's holding their business back, and most importantly helps them identify what changes need to be implemented. Ultimately he creates the pathway for business owners to have a business that can work without them.

Tom is industry agnostic in that the coaching system he uses can be applied to any business vertical, and of any size. Clients include a law firm, a cloud computing solutions provider, a multi site quick service restaurant owner, a medical provider, a retailer and architect; both startups and established businesses.

Prior to moving into coaching Tom spent over 20 years in the advertising and advertising technology industries, working in US and European startups and large multinational organisations including Microsoft, Oracle, Telefonica and AOL at Director level.
