We’ve invested to inaugurate a state-of-the-art Coffee Roasting and Training Centre. This cutting-edge facility houses two roasting rooms, one hybrid and one featuring the latest all-electric coffee roaster. Both are powered by the 77 solar panels adorning the roof of our offices, production, and warehouse complex. These panels also charge our all-electric vans, ensuring the eco-friendly delivery of freshly roasted coffee to our valued customers. Making our coffee extremely ECO Our dedication and craftsmanship, honed over many years, allow us to produce a staggering 1,000,000 bags of roasted coffee annually. This output equates to 28,571,428 shots of espresso, including unique specialist and seasonal roasts not found elsewhere. Noteworthy is our increasing presence in the hospitality sector, delicatessens, and Morrisons, where our coffee is not only available on shelves but also served on all Red Funnel Ferries and at the Isle of Wight Festival to VIP guests. Embracing ethical standards, all our coffee beans are FairTrade sourced, showcasing high-quality single-origin Arabica beans from Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Congo, and India. This commitment ensures our customers have the flexibility to choose the bean origin and roast profile that aligns with their preferences and values. Our production methods adhere to SALSA Accreditation, and as a leading member of the British Coffee Association (BCA), we uphold industry standards. Beyond roasting and supply, our investment extends to a dedicated training and demonstration area. Here, we offer Roast Experience sessions and comprehensive Barista Training, utilizing the latest automatic and barista machines. This guarantees that professionals across hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes, attractions, and businesses in the Isle of Wight and Hampshire have the expertise needed to serve exceptional coffee consistently.
