Founded in 2018 as a LATCo (Local Authority Trading Company) we are wholly owned by Oxford City Council and deliver many public-sector services, including the management of the councils 8,000+ housing-stock. ODS operates across both commercial and public sectors, providing integrated facilities management: waste & recycling, property services (repairs, maintenance, compliance, retrofitting), highways maintenance (signage, drainage, resurfacing), grounds maintenance, fleet services (vehicle testing, MOTs, electric/hybrid servicing) and more.
