That’s why in 2023, we decided to pursue B Corp certification as part of our commitment towards becoming a more responsible business, and to both identify areas for improvement and challenge ourselves to do better. From looking at how we can employ ethical practices and build better relationships with employees, our clients, and suppliers, to new ways that we can make a positive environmental and social impact, we have been exploring how we can be a more responsible business. Certification is a lengthy undertaking and whether we are successful or not, the process has made Monahans further committed to ethical, responsible, and transparent practices. All of which has enabled us to better serve our clients.
