MedHealth Ultrasound (MedMobile Ultrasound Ltd) is a CQC-registered independent diagnostic ultrasound provider delivering fast, high-quality scans across the South Coast of England. We specialise in abdominal, pelvic and gynaecological ultrasound, with additional services including kidneys and bladder, testes, soft tissue/MSK and targeted diagnostic assessments where clinically appropriate. Our service is built around clinical excellence, patient-centred care and clear reporting. Scans are performed by an experienced sonographer with extensive NHS background, using high-specification ultrasound equipment in clean, professional clinic environments and through a mobile model that supports partner clinics and community-based settings. We focus on reducing waiting times, improving access and helping patients and referrers get timely answers. We welcome self-pay patients as well as referrals from GPs, private clinicians and allied health professionals. Every appointment includes a detailed assessment, explanation of findings and a written report, with onward signposting where needed. We take confidentiality, safety and governance seriously, maintaining robust policies for consent, infection prevention, data protection and clinical quality.
