Helen & Douglas House

Helen & Douglas House helps local families cope with the challenges of looking after a terminally ill baby or child who will die prematurely. Helen & Douglas House is a homely place for local children, living with life-limiting and terminal conditions, and their families. We provide care in a warm, loving environment. Our hospice is filled with laughter, whilst also being peaceful place where families can create happy memories in their last days, weeks, months or years together. At any one moment, we have over 200 children and their families on our caseload, and evidence shows that the number of children with palliative care needs in the UK could increase by up to 30% by 2030. So we're on a mission to increase our corporate partnerships income to meet this growing and complex need.
