I’m a down-to-earth and pragmatic HR consultant with over 18 years’ experience. I'm an empathetic people-person who likes to work hand in hand with business owners who value their staff. You won’t catch me using classic ‘HR speak’ as I prefer to use language that you (and your employees) will understand. I try to make HR non-scary and like to handle things with sensitivity and compassion. My ultimate goal though is to give you the tools and confidence to manage your own people. I’m experienced in a wide range of topics from training and recruitment, to disciplinary and absence management. What does that mean for you?
