Hi Danielle,
I've put together this proposal for you, based on our phone call earlier today. I think having a larger space at the B2BX event will give you more of an opportunity to showcase the new Village Hotel in Reading. Here's everything you need to make a decision.
Based on your company and objectives, this proposal is designed to help you achieve the following goals:

- 1m x 2m wide space with electrics and chrome furniture pack (inc. bar stool and poseur table with solid top)
- Premium exhibitor listing on the B2BX website with backlinks to South Western Railway site and social accounts
- Large premium show guide listing including logo, company details and company blurb
- Exhibitor pop-up feature in the B2BX app and digital show guide

- 1m x 3m wide space with electrics and chrome furniture pack (inc. bar stool and poseur table with solid top)

- Large premium show guide listing including logo, company details and company blurb
- Exhibitor pop-up feature in the B2BX app and digital show guide
- Half page advert in the printed show guide distributed to all attendees and exhibitors
- Attendee list- we'll give you access to the list of attendees that have pre-registered as well as a list after the events confirming who attended

Can I change this proposal?
If you'd like to change anything in the proposal or if you've got any questions about any of the prices or packages I've recommended for you, please feel free to contact me, leave a comment or request an amendment.

Can I change events later?
Yes, you can change or transfer your bookings with at least 4 weeks notice for free. If you want to cancel or transfer to another event within 30 days of the event you will be charged a small admin fee.
How can I make payment?
When you confirm your booking online you can select how you pay. We accept payments online with debit or credit cards. You can also pay by BACS by requesting an invoice. If you need to add a PO number or reference to your order, please request an invoice.
Can I spread payments?
If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact us for more information.
What happens after I've booked?
You'll receive confirmation from our events team as well as a link to our exhibitor hub. We'll keep you up to date with all the event details and help you plan your stand to get the most out of exhibiting.

Alternatively, you can request an amendment. Doesn't matter what it is, our packages are all bespoke and designed exactly for you and your goals. Just let us know what needs to change and we'll get your quote and packages updated.
