I've put together this proposal for you, based on our email correspondence, this is the new way of us doing things now but I have only added the one package as per your most recent email, however, if you'd like to add any changes please just let me know. The earlybird deal for the Southampton Expo does end today so that's why the price is valid for today only, if you are unable to book by the end of the day please let me know.

Can I change this proposal?

If you'd like to change anything in the proposal or if you've got any questions about any of the prices or packages I've recommended for you, please feel free to contact me, leave a comment or request an amendment.

If this really isn't right for you, scroll to the bottom and press 'Options not right for me' and tell us why. We'll have a look, take on board your comments and try our best to amend and update the proposal to make it right for you.

Can I change events later?

Yes, you can change or transfer your bookings with at least 4 weeks notice for free. If you want to cancel or transfer to another event within 30 days of the event you will be charged a small admin fee.

How can I make payment?

When you confirm your booking online you can select how you pay. We accept payments online with debit or credit cards. You can also pay by BACS by requesting an invoice. If you need to add a PO number or reference to your order, please request an invoice.

Can I spread payments?

If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact us for more information.

What happens after I've booked?

You'll receive confirmation from our events team as well as a link to our exhibitor hub. We'll keep you up to date with all the event details and help you plan your stand to get the most out of exhibiting.
