This seminar will help you unlock your true potential by teaching you how to ignite your inner power and helping you to understand how emotions can impact our leadership style, professionally and personally. Its important to be aware of the knock-on affect emotions can have on our professional and personal environment.
The emotion of fear can present in all workplaces and areas of life, often existing below the surface. The fear can look like stress, burnout and anxiety and the workplace especially; can be a more emotional place then ever today. It is important to manage our own mental health and wellbeing by managing our emotions.
There are 3 key factors that can affect us on a day to day basis:
• Fear of failure
• Worried about speaking up
• Envisioning the worst case scenario
If we are able to give ourselves the opportunity to focus on self-care, wellbeing and managing emotions, we can live better lives that are more productive, positive and enhance inner joy.
