If you have pending reward points, it means we need to manually add reward points to your account.
If you've recently completed a survey, feedback form or if you've reviewed us on Google or Facebook, we'll need to approve these points first.
Pending rewards take up to 72 hours to be processed.
We're in the process on rewarding you with your free drink, FirstName. We'll email you shortly an e-voucher which you must bring with you to one of our events. Simply present your e-voucher to one of the team at the registration desk and we'll give you a printed voucher that can be used at any of our business expos. You can use your voucher to get either a free tea, coffee or bottle of water.
