The safety of our exhibitors, visitors and staff is at the heart of our planning.
We are working closely with all our venues and suppliers to make sure our events are safe.
The measures we are taking are aligned with the event industry's standards and will be updated as necessary to ensure they reflect the latest Government guidelines.
If you've got any worries or concerns, please feel free to contact your local event organiser.
Everyone attending our events must wear a face mask or face covering at all times (exemptions apply)
Respect social distancing rules. Avoid causing obstructions and getting too close to other attendees
We recommend you refrain from shaking hands and making contact with attendees at the event
Please make sure you scan our NHS Test & Trace QR code on arrival with the official NHS Covid-19 app
Remember to maintain personal hygiene, including washing hands and using hand sanitizer gel
If you have a high temperature, continuous cough or loss of smell or taste, please do not attend our expos
We are getting regular updates and advice from industry organisations and the Government. We are taking all the expected steps to ensure our events are safe for you to attend. We are following the All Secure Standards as published by AEO (Association of Event Organisers) and central Government. Our guidelines are currently up to date, and will be revised in accordance with new updates from the Government.
Yes! Everyone attending the event, including exhibitors, visitors, venue staff and event organisers must wear a face mask or face covering, unless you are medically exempt. If you are exempt, please take extra care to maintain social distancing.
We've made drastic changes to the format and layout of all our business expos to accommodate social distancing. All stands will be distanced apart, giving exhibitors more space than ever before. There will be fewer exhibitors at each event and there will be a lower visitor capacity at each venue, but we've lowered our pricing to reflect these changes.
Although our events will be smaller in size at the moment, we are planning to run more events throughout the year so you can continue to reconnect with local businesses.
Yes! Everyone will have their temperature checked before entering the main event. If you do have a high temperature you may be asked to leave to ensure your safety and the safety of everyone else attending.
Yes, as long as you maintain social distancing and make use of the hand sanitizer stations available. We also recommend taking photos on your smart phone of any literature you want to read to avoid taking actual printed copies away from the event. If you are exhibiting and have any questions or would like further advice, please call us.
Exhibitors are not permitted to hand out any unwrapped food (e.g. cupcakes or biscuits). Bowls of sweets or mints is also not encouraged. If you are exhibiting and have any questions or would like further advice, please call us.
Yes we will be offering everyone light refreshments (subject to availability). Refreshments are not guaranteed, so we recommend you bring your own bottled water and snacks to help keep your energy up! We will be updating the status of food and drink at each venue as and when we have more information.
As an exhibitor, you can cancel your stand booking up to 7 days before the event, however this will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee to cover our admin fees and any pre-event promotion we did for you. You can also choose to transfer your booking to another event up to 7 days before the event for free. All other stand transfers will be subject to our standard 10% admin fee.
Any exhibitors that express symptoms of coronavirus at the event will be refused entry and will be offered the chance to exhibit again at a future event free of charge.
Yes. As we have limited capacity at our business expos, please let us know if you can't attend. That will allow us to monitor attendance and allow someone else to attend in your place.
If any of our events are cancelled or postponed due to coronavirus restrictions or further lockdowns, exhibitors will be entitled to a full refund, minus a 20% admin fee. Alternatively, exhibitors can simply exhibit at the event again in the future free of charge.
If you have questions regarding any of our upcoming event, please speak to the event organiser or email gemma@b2bexpos.co.uk for further help and guidance.
Remember that all our COVID-19 Safety Guidelines are updated regularly and you are encouraged to check our guidelines again before exhibiting or visiting our next event. Thank you and we look forward to welcoming you back to our events!
